Medaglioni di tacchino alle erbe
Ciao a tutti, scusate la mia assenza però ho avuto una settimana molto movimentata, dopo l'infortunio del dito ho fatto da babysitter al mio nipotino di 9 mesi, che non sta fermo neanche 5 minuti. E' un furbacchione. Una ricettina? Medaglioni di tacchino? Non gli ho mai cucinati fino ad oggi, però quando gli ho visti al supermercato ho pensato di provarli. Non volevo fare una ricetta complessa e avevo paura di non seccarli troppo invece sono rimasti belli morbidi. Per dargli un po' di sapore ho pensato di mettere un mix di erbe aromatiche dal mio orticello e ha funzionato.
