Il mercato dei contadini - The farmers market
Stamattina sono andata al mercato dei contadini per comprare frutta e verdura fresca. This morning I went to the farmers market to buy fresh fruits and vegetables. Le fragole hanno un profumo meraviglioso e sono molto saporite. The strawberries have a wonderful perfume and they are very tasty. Le sbrise (Pleurotus ostreatus) non le ho mai mangiate però erano molto invitanti. Stasera proverò a cucinarle. I've never eaten this kind of mushroom (sbrise or Pleurotus ostreatus) but they were very inviting. Tonight I'll try to cook them. Ravanelli e cipollotti. Radishes and onions. E ovviamente non poteva mancare l'insalata gentilina. And obviously could not miss the Gentilina salad. Tutta roba buona, molto fresca e molto profumata. Il mio frigo sa di primavera. All good stuff, very fresh and very fragrant. My fridge smells of spring.
